While attending the live sessions is a great way to establish a regular movement and meditation practice, and start your day/weekend feeling more grounded, centered and connected, we also record and upload them here, offering a great alternative for those who cannot make it live, and an added bonus for those who can, but feel called to add a little extra softness and spaciousness to their day/week!
