Watch our free 15-minute Flow sessions, hosted by Chloe every Friday morning at 7 am (AEST) online via Zoom! While attending the live sessions is a great way to establish a regular movement and meditation practice, and soften into your week and weekend, we also offer the recordings here for free as an alternative to support those who cannot attend live, and an added bonus for those who can, but feel called to add a little extra softness and spaciousness to their day/week!
