These short clarity calls allow us to learn a little about your life and healing journey so far, identify your current needs and therapeutic preferences, clarify your intentions, and discuss which therapeutic options will best suit you, and how they may benefit and support you on your journey.

New Clients
Booking your first In-Studio Session
Sacred Hearth is a home‑based practice and not a walk‑in clinic. To maintain the safety, integrity, and privacy of the space, we have a strict intake process for all New Clients.
Who Is Considered a New Client?
New Clients are anyone who has not attended an appointment at the Sacred Hearth Home Studio.
This includes clients who have previously seen Chloe at other locations, such as:

If you have not visited the Sacred Hearth Home Studio, you are considered a New Client.
Intake Forms Are Required for All New Clients
All New Clients must complete our Intake Forms when booking their first 1:1 appointment.
Online bookings: Intake Forms are built into the booking process. Your appointment will not be confirmed until the forms are completed.
Bookings via text, phone, or email: Forms will be emailed to you. You will have 24 hours to complete them. If they are not submitted within this timeframe, your appointment request will be declined and cannot be rebooked until the forms are received.

Right to Refuse Service
Sacred Hearth and its staff maintain the right to refuse service at any time.

Appointment Types
Chloe's therapeutic approach is intended to address mind, body and spirit, regardless of your chosen appointment type. All appointments include a brief initial consultation to determine the course of treatment, the treatment itself, and a debrief to assess the treatment outcomes and provide aftercare advice.

Appointment Prices
Our prices are based solely on the duration of your appointment, not the modalities you choose to include. At Sacred Hearth, there are no add‑on fees for oils, creams, cupping, hot stones, or specific techniques.
You are investing in Chloe’s time, presence, energy, and the full breadth of her knowledge and experience in complementary healthcare — not individual tools or upgrades.
For Mobile appointments, all travel expenses are already included in the session price.

​10% concession discount is available to Students, Pensioners, First Responders (Police, Fire, and Ambulance), Veterans and members of the Armed Forces, and those experiencing financial hardship. A 20% referral discount is available to existing clients who refer a friend, and a 10% initial appointment discount to new clients who join our mailing list when booking their first appointment. Become part of our Consistent Care Program by attending a minimum of 1 appointment/month for a minimum of 6 months, and receive 50% off every 7th session, and a free session on your birthday!

All Available Modalities
Chloe holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy and a Diploma of Reflexology, along with extensive training across a wide range of complementary healing modalities. Her qualifications include Reiki I, II and Masters, Ka Huna Bodywork, Acupressure, Yoga and Meditation Teaching, Shamanic Healing, Myofascial Cupping, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation, Assisted Stretching, and practical skills in Hot Stone Massage, and Sound, Crystal, and Somatic Healing.
Her intention is to co‑create unique, integrative, and holistic healing experiences with each client — honouring mind, body, spirit, and energy as one interconnected Being.
