While attending the live sessions is a great way to establish a regular movement and meditation practice, and soften into your week or weekend, we also offer the recordings here for free as a supportive alternative for those who cannot attend live, and an added bonus for those who can, but feel called to add a little extra softness and spaciousness to their day/week!
