What Shadow Work Is
Shadow Work is a transformative healing modality that supports you in exploring the parts of yourself that have been hidden, suppressed, rejected, or pushed into the unconscious. These “shadow” aspects often develop in childhood or during overwhelming experiences, when certain emotions, needs, or behaviours were not safe to express or were met with shame, punishment, or misunderstanding.
Rather than being “bad,” the shadow simply holds the parts of you that learned to hide in order to survive. These parts continue to influence your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviours — often in ways that feel confusing, reactive, or out of alignment with who you consciously want to be.
Shadow Work creates a safe, compassionate space to bring these hidden aspects into the light. Through intuitive guidance, energetic healing, and gentle exploration, you are supported in meeting your shadow with understanding, acceptance, and integration. This process helps dissolve old patterns, soften emotional reactivity, and restore a sense of wholeness.

How Shadow Work Works
During a session, Chloe guides you into connection with the parts of yourself that have been pushed into the unconscious — often younger, protective, wounded, or misunderstood aspects of your psyche. These shadow parts may hold:
• unprocessed emotions
• unmet needs
• protective behaviours
• limiting beliefs
• shame, fear, or guilt
• suppressed desires or truths
• internalised family or societal conditioning
Shadow Work does not force these parts into the open. Instead, it invites them gently, with compassion and curiosity. Through intuitive dialogue, energetic clearing, and shamanic techniques, you are supported in:
• understanding the origins of your shadow patterns
• validating the emotions your shadow carries
• releasing shame and self‑judgment
• integrating the wisdom, strength, or truth held within the shadow
• transforming protective patterns into empowered choices
This work is deeply liberating. When the shadow is acknowledged and integrated, it no longer needs to act out through triggers, self‑sabotage, emotional reactivity, or relational conflict. Instead, it becomes a source of insight, strength, and authenticity.
Shadow Work may weave together elements of Inner Child Healing, Shamanic Healing, somatic awareness, energy clearing, and intuitive guidance depending on what your system reveals.
