At Sacred Hearth, Meditation is the act of softening and relaxing into your experience, allowing everything to be as it is. Meditative practices help you cultivate intimacy and connection with the naturalness of your Being, allowing you to move more easefully and gracefully through life, and respond to life’s challenges with clarity and perspective, rather than reacting from a mindset of scarcity, Doership, force and control. Meditation can be included in a healing session to help reduce stress, assist in relaxing the Mind and Body, facilitate spiritual awakening, regulate the nervous system, help form new and healthier neural pathways, or to gently guide your awareness towards something specific during the session (such as a body part, a value, belief or idea, a theme or intention).
