A single Remedial session can include a combination of techniques depending on the practitioner, and your needs, preferences, physical condition, and specific concerns. Chloe specialises in Myofascial Release, using techniques such as Cupping, Deep TissueTrigger Point Therapy & assisted stretching (learn more about our techniques here)
